FLOODsite has produced a guidance document that provides an 'easy to read' introduction to flood risk assessment and management. The main goal of this document is to share FLOODsite’s view on what a comprehensive approach to flood risk assessment and management is, and what it ought to encompass. As different aspects of flood risk analysis and management are considered, the guide provides reference to the various research and development activities performed during the FLOODsite project, hence the reader can follow directions to more detailed information on any of the issues.
